1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the MGL Shuddha Spices website (mglshuddha.com) and placing orders, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Use of Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the site in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising material
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website or systems
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from our website

3. Products & Pricing

All product descriptions, images, and pricing on this site are provided in good faith. We reserve the right to:

• Modify prices without prior notice (changes will not affect existing confirmed orders)
• Discontinue products or change product specifications
• Limit quantities available for purchase

All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout.

4. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase products at the listed price. Your order is confirmed only after payment is successfully processed (for online payments) or upon our confirmation call (for COD orders).

We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets (via Razorpay), and Cash on Delivery. COD orders carry an additional charge of ₹30.

We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion if:

• The product is out of stock
• Payment was not successfully received
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected
• Delivery is not available to the provided pincode

5. Delivery Policy

We currently deliver within Bangalore (pincode-verified) within 48 hours of order confirmation. Delivery is free on orders above ₹500. Orders below ₹500 carry a ₹50 delivery charge.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control (weather, public holidays, supply issues). We will notify you of significant delays via SMS or WhatsApp.

6. Returns & Refunds

We take full responsibility for delivering fresh, high-quality products. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or expired product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs.

Eligible refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Please refer to our full Returns & Refunds Policy for detailed procedures.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, graphics, logos, images, and software is the property of MGL Shuddha Spices and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MGL Shuddha Spices shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
