1. Return Eligibility
You may be eligible for a return or refund if:
- The product received is damaged, spoiled, or expired
- You received an incorrect product (wrong item or quantity)
- The product quality is significantly different from what was described
- The seal or packaging was tampered with at the time of delivery
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. For perishable or short shelf-life items (fresh produce, dairy), issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
2. How to Return
Follow these steps to initiate a return:
- Contact us via WhatsApp (7676733934) or email (mglshuddha@gmail.com) within the return window
- Provide your order number and a brief description of the issue
- Send clear photographs of the damaged/incorrect item and the packaging
- Our team will review and confirm the return within 24 hours
- We will arrange a free pickup from your delivery address (for most cases)
- Once the item is inspected, a refund or replacement will be processed
3. Refund Timeline
Once your return is approved and the item is received/inspected:
- UPI / Wallets: 2–3 business days
- Credit / Debit Cards: 5–7 business days
- Net Banking: 5–7 business days
- Cash on Delivery: Bank transfer within 5–7 business days (we'll collect your bank details)
You will receive a confirmation message once the refund has been initiated.
4. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, expired, or incorrect item:
- Do not consume or use the product
- Take photographs immediately, including the delivery packaging
- Contact us within 24 hours for fresh/perishable items, or 48 hours for all other products
- We will issue a full refund or replacement at no extra cost
For perishable items (fresh produce, dairy), claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:
- Opened or partially used products
- Products whose seal has been broken by the customer
- Items purchased during clearance or special sale events (unless defective)
- Customised or special-order products
6. Exchanges
We offer direct exchanges for products that arrive damaged or incorrect. If the desired replacement product is out of stock, we will process a full refund instead.
For size or variant changes (e.g., 500g to 1kg), please contact us. We'll try to accommodate subject to availability.
